As UROP’s Senior Program Coordinator, Dominique leads workshops and sessions to help both students and mentors make the most of their UROP experiences. Dominique enjoys helping students, faculty and staff colleagues learn more about UROP and get involved.

Born and raised in Michigan, she attended Grand Valley State University earning a Bachelors in Science in Integrated Science. Dominique decided to give the desert life a try and taught elementary and middle school in Glendale, Arizona starting in 2011. She then spent time teaching math and science in Managua, Nicaragua. In her free time, Dominique enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors. She is also scuba certified and can’t wait to be a mermaid again soon!
