Are you interested in helping other students get started in UROP?  Looking for a leadership opportunity in which you can help mentor your peers and help them navigate the UROP experience? Want to help UROP staff organize workshops and events to benefit the community? 

For the 2023-2024 academic year, the UROP office is seeking 4-5 undergraduates to serve as peer mentors, and partner with UROP staff to:  

• Plan and host student programming (workshops, panel discussions, mixers, etc.);
• Create student-centric web content and coordinate student profiles for our website, social media, and MIT News;
• Help students identify interests, find UROPs, and serve as a liaison for student feedback to UROP staff. 

UROP Peer Ambassadors will be paid an hourly wage of $16.50 and expected to commit approximately 2-5 hours a week (flexible based on times of the year).
