Project Description

We are looking for a motivated undergraduate student interested in learning about and assisting with the production of biologics. Experiments are oriented toward reducing the amount of time and money required to develop new biologic medicines. This is a valuable opportunity to learn both upstream and downstream processes used for biologic production, such as cloning, cell culture, and protein purification.

Pre-requisites

Introductory background in biology and chemistry. Previous experience with molecular biology and/or protein purification is desired but not mandatory.
