Project Description
The Poetic Justice Group is developing a series of remotely accessible participatory sound and video artworks starting with A Counting (a-counting.us), Real Talk Radio (TBA 2021) and Freedom Radio (freedom.radio). We are currently developing a sign language edition of A Counting and are seeking a UROP student to help with outreach and coordination of user tests and participation. As a UROP you will help strategize outreach for participatory art projects and get an inside look as to how art is promoted and released from a research laboratory. This will be done in sync with social media strategy on all projects. The student will be responsible for helping to communicate with a variety of organizations and identify new organizations for outreach. They will also assist with developing post content as well.
