Project Description

The MIT Industrial Performance Center’s primary initiative (currently) is the MIT Task Force on the Work of the Future (WotF). WotF is looking for an undergraduate student to work on a data collection, research and analysis project. The student will collect data across all U.S. states and territories in key areas related to work of the future. The student will perform analysis and synthesis as well as detailing specific cases that are helpful to broader understanding of what states are doing (challenges & opportunities) with regards to work of the future. The student will work closely with WotF staff and faculty supervisor Elisabeth Reynolds . 10 hours/week for spring 2019 semester


Ideally data science background, economics, policy; interest in policy, innovation ecosystems and economic development. Experience in data collection and analysis.
